Nominations Reopened: GFIA Fire Inspector of the Year Award

The Georgia Fire Inspectors Association is now reopening the nomination period for the Fire Inspector of the Year Award. The award is given to an inspector who has demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication, professionalism and commitment to fire prevention and life safety and is truly the best of the best in our profession.

All nominees must be in good standing with the Georgia Fire Inspectors Association in accordance with the association's bylaws in order to be eligible. Please make sure your nominee is in good standing prior to submitting a nomination.

We'd like to encourage you to recognize a colleague who has gone the extra mile in the protection of their community and in the advancement of the fire inspection profession. Your nomination should highlight their achievements, their service and their contribution to fire and life safety.

Nomination deadline: Monday, October 26 at 5:00 p.m.
